Step 2: We come to you
Our technician arrives at your location with the glass, adhesive, and tools. You don’t need to be standing over the job, but the car does need to be somewhere we can work: a driveway, parking lot, or garage, ideally out of direct rain. Access to the vehicle on all sides and a bit of space is all it takes.
Step 3: Removal and installation
The tech removes the damaged windshield, cleans and preps the pinch weld (the frame the glass bonds to), lays fresh urethane adhesive, and sets the new glass precisely. Proper prep here is what prevents leaks and wind noise later, the same way surface prep makes any install last.
Step 4: Cure time before you drive
This is the part people forget: the adhesive needs time to cure before the car is safe to drive. Your technician will give you a safe drive-away time for the conditions that day. The one caveat: ADAS calibration
